To view a traffic video:
Turn off the POP-UP BLOCKER; click on the Expressway outline to select an intersection; hover over an intersection camera icon; in the resulting pop-up box, click on the directional camera icon to view oncoming traffic.
Best viewed with at least SUN Microsystems' Java Runtime Environment (JRE) v.4.2 and Mozilla's Firefox v.2.
